How does the custom process work?

Once you submit a custom inquiry, I’ll review your request and send fabric recommendations, a quote, and estimated turnaround time. Once confirmed, your order moves into production — typically within 4-6 weeks.

Can I send my own fabric?

Yes, client-supplied fabric is welcome! I’ll confirm yardage requirements and inspect your fabric upon arrival to ensure it’s suitable for your project.

How long do custom orders take?

Production typically takes 4-6weeks depending on project size and fabric availability. You’ll receive an estimated completion date before confirming your order.

Do you offer design guidance or fabric sourcing help?

Absolutely. If you’re unsure which fabric, size, or trim will work best, I can help curate options to match your space and aesthetic.

Are pillow inserts included?

Pillows are priced as cover only with the option to add a premium down or down-alternative insert upon request.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing varies based on size, construction details, and fabric selection. I source fabrics from a curated mix of designer fabric brands or work with client-supplied materials, selecting each option intentionally for your space. General pricing guidance is available on our Pricing tab.

What is required to place an order?


Full payment is required before production begins. Orders move into production once payment and fabric selections are confirmed.

Can I wash my pillow covers?

Most covers are spot-clean only or dry-clean recommended. Care instructions are listed for each product and depend on fabric composition.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! All custom pillows can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is custom made, all sales are final. If there is an issue with workmanship, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so I can review.

Do you work with interior designers or planners?

Yes. I’m happy to collaborate with designers and industry professionals on custom projects.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on current workload. Please note this in your inquiry form and I’ll confirm availability and fees.
